Domestic Shipping:We offer reliable door-to-door courier services for all domestic orders. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery typically takes between 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Returns & Exchanges

At ANHA, we take great care in crafting our jewellery to ensure the highest quality. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for general wear and tear. Please follow our jewellery care guidelines to maintain the longevity of your pieces. 

Defective or Faulty Items: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you may exchange it for another item of equal value within 30 days of purchase. To initiate an exchange, please contact us with details and supporting images of the defect.

Hygiene & Plating Considerations: Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on any jewellery pieces unless they are deemed defective.
Some of our pieces feature plated finishes, inconsistent shades of gold or silver plating, and minor markings from the plating process may be visible. These are standard manufacturer characteristics and do not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned.

Jewellery Care: Our handmade items are crafted using high-quality materials designed for durability. Please be aware that there may be inconsistencies in the materials and overall look of the products, these are part of the handmade process and the mediums used to make the jewellery.

To preserve their beauty, please follow these care instructions:
Store jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Store jewellery separate from other metals and jewellery. 
Avoid direct exposure to perfumes and water to maintain the longevity of your pieces. Many of our items are waterproof, however they will have an even longer life with less water and chemical exposure. Always wipe off make-up, perfume and lotions when removing your jewellery.
